FDP Statement on Bipartisan Lawsuit Challenging Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity
In response to the ACLU of Florida filing a lawsuit challenging the Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity, FDP President Stephen Bittel issued the following statement:“The Florida Democratic Party commends the efforts of the ACLU of Florida and the bipartisan group of plaintiffs fighting to protect the integrity of our Democracy. It’s unfortunate that the Scott administration did not have the courage to reject Donald Trump’s ‘election integrity’ commission for what it is–a thinly veiled attempt to institute national voter suppression tactics.”
