Tallahassee, Fl. — In an interview with The Daytona Beach News-Journal today, Adam Putnam reaffirmed that he is still an NRA sellout — and appeared to blame gun violence on violent video games.
“Adam Putnam has officially confirmed it: he always has been, and always will be, an NRA sellout who is too afraid to take on the gun lobby and keep Floridians’ safe,” said FDP spokesperson Kevin Donohoe. “Just like Rick Scott, Adam Putnam is refusing to listen to Parkland students and back the #NeverAgain movement’s key demand: an assault weapons ban. Instead of showing real leadership, Putnam is trying to blame gun violence on video games and backing plans that will do nothing to prevent another mass shooting.”
