FDP Chair Calls for Investigation into CFO Jimmy Patronis over Alleged Misuse of Tax-Payer Funds

After a bombshell report by Politico, revealing Jimmy Patronis used state resources to conduct political business, FDP Chair Terrie Rizzo called for an investigation, releasing this statement:

“This report is deeply troubling, and the latest evidence that shows Jimmy Patronis is not fit to serve as the Chief Financial Officer of Florida. It raises a number of questions as to how often Patronis used his state vehicle, and how many times he used it to conduct political business. A full investigation into Patronis’ office needs to be done to paint a clearer picture to see if there was any other abuse of power while he has been CFO.”
