Florida Democratic Party Executive Director Calls Out Marco Rubio For Upcoming Self-Serving Trip To Iowa
As Marco Rubio adds another event to his self-serving fundraising trip to Iowa while Floridians experience the worst COVID outbreak yet, Florida Democratic Party Executive Director Marcus L. Dixon released the following statement:
“Marco Rubio is more concerned with helping Iowa politicians raise money to further his own political agenda than standing with Floridians suffering from the COVID-19 pandemic. Jetting off to raise money in Iowa while his constituents worry about how to keep themselves and their loved ones safe is another shameful example of Rubio failing to have the spine to lead during a crisis.”
