FLORIDA DEMOCRATIC PARTY’S “TAKE BACK LOCAL” CANDIDATES DOMINATE MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS
Tonight, four candidates from the Florida Democratic Party’s Take Back Local program were elected in local races across the state.
The FDP Take Back Local program provides resources to candidates in competitive local races. Laura Dominguez and Alex Fernandez were re-elected to Miami Beach City Commission, Bryan Bain flipped the balance of the Clermont City Council, and Chris Dzadovsky will continue to a runoff in Fort Pierce.
The Florida Democratic Party would like to congratulate the following members of the Take Back Local program on their victories tonight:
- Laura Dominguez, Miami Beach City Commission, Group 2
- Alex Fernandez, Miami Beach City Commission, Group 3
- Chris Dzadovsky, Fort Pierce City Commission, District 2, Seat 2
- Bryan Bain, Clermont City Council, Seat 2
