On April 1, 2024, the Florida Supreme Court ruled on Amendment 4, Florida’s ballot initiative to protect reproductive rights in November. In 2024, Florida is the battleground for all of our rights and freedoms, and we are leading the fight to protect democracy — not just for the people of our state but for the entire country.
